Senior Business Development Executive – Odoo

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive – Odoo with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing enterprise clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and position suitable Odoo solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and handle commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to develop client solutions.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience specifically in Odoo sales/business development.
  • Strong experience in B2B and enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good understanding of Odoo ERP and its modules.
  • Experience handling the complete Odoo sales cycle.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Experience with international clients/markets is an added advantage.
