Video Content Creator – Lumen

We are looking for a Video Content Creator with experience in creating short-form educational and instructional videos using Lumen or similar video creation tools.

The selected candidate will work from video scripts provided by the team and convert them into engaging, clear, and professionally structured videos for educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short educational and instructional videos using Lumen based on provided video scripts.
• Produce 1–2 minute videos with clear visuals, narration, and appropriate pacing.
• Create introductory, warm-up, and instructional video content as per the provided requirements.
• Follow scripts accurately while ensuring the final videos are engaging and easy to understand.
• Maintain consistency in video quality, formatting, and overall presentation.
• Review and make necessary edits to videos based on feedback.
• Deliver assigned videos within the required timelines and daily production targets.
• Ensure all videos meet the expected quality and content guidelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in video content creation/editing, preferably for educational or instructional content.
• Hands-on experience with Lumen or similar AI/video creation tools.
• Ability to work independently from provided scripts.
• Good understanding of video composition, pacing, narration, transitions, and visual presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow content guidelines accurately.
• Ability to manage high-volume video production while maintaining quality.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

What You'll Be Doing

The role involves creating multiple short-form educational videos daily, including:

• 1-minute introductory and warm-up videos
• 2-minute instructional videos
• Script-based educational video content

Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven video production environment.
