Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Wedding Sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the resort's wedding sales, including generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with event planners and wedding vendors, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire wedding planning process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the wedding or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Knowledge of wedding trends and industry best practices
Familiarity with event planning and coordination
Customer-oriented mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
