Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for high-calibre Project Managers with proven expertise in leading enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing cross-functional teams, working with multiple source ERPs, and driving end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SaaS implementation projects from initiation to go-live.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless ERP integrations across systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, Yardi, and others.

• Coordinate with business, product, and engineering teams for successful solution deployment.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.

• Prepare project plans, dashboards, progress reports, and risk registers.

• Drive issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or ERP implementation project management.

• Strong understanding of integration touchpoints with ERPs and third-party systems.

• Hands-on exposure to APIs, middleware, data migration workflows, and system orchestration.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in managing projects related to:

• Tax Automation

• Compliance Automation

• E-Invoicing Implementations

will be given strong preference.
