The Sales Development Representative supports Client Partners by executing personalized outbound engagement with existing and prospective client contacts. This role combines high-quality sales outreach with accurate CRM management and disciplined follow-through. The SDR will also identify successful engagement patterns and process improvements that can support future AI-enabled sales automation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales execution, technology, and working within an evolving environment.

Job Description

• Execute personalized, one-to-one outbound outreach to existing and prospective client contacts on behalf of Client Partners.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to align outreach with account history, target audiences, and engagement strategies.
• Craft relevant sales messages using account context, buyer insights, and approved brand messaging.
• Use CRM and sales-development tools to send, track, and accurately document all communications.
• Maintain complete and accurate tags, notes, contact details, and outreach outcomes within applicable systems.
• Operate within Salesforce, Pipeliner, Revenoid, and related sales tools to support consistent pipeline-development activity.
• Document recurring outreach patterns and identify opportunities to improve sales-development workflows.
• Share successful personalization approaches with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement leadership for potential automation.
• Provide biweekly feedback to Technology Enablement and Product teams regarding manual activities that may be suitable for automation.

Requirements

• Understanding of B2B sales-development workflows, preferably within staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services.
• Experience conducting personalized outbound outreach to prospective or existing business contacts.
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Ability to write concise, high-context sales messages aligned with brand voice and account strategy.
• Strong attention to detail when recording CRM activity, applying tags, and maintaining contact data.
• Ability to document manual processes and translate them into clear, step-by-step workflows.
• Exposure to sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools used for content generation, data enrichment, personalization, or workflow automation.
