Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents such as: joint development agreements, EPC contracts, power supply and/or purchase agreements, land lease agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, O&M or FM related agreements and term sheets, heads-of-terms as well as ancillary agreements in relation to the aforementioned.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as co-location services agreements, service level agreements and all related documents.
Lead and/or coordinate on all transaction closing related matters, including due diligence, CPs management, document review, preparation of Board of Directors resolutions and other related tasks.
Handle all day-to-day work related to the assigned projects.
Supervise and guide junior lawyers.
Attend meetings or conference calls with internal or external clients and counter parties and other stakeholders as required
Experience & Qualifications:
Law Degree from a reputable university / law school.
4 – 7 years of experience as a practicing lawyer either in a top law firm or the in-house legal department of an international company.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are of advantage.
We do not expect you to have experience in data centers; however, we are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and develop as part of our team
