We are expanding our ecosystem by launching a dedicated Wealth Charter alongside several greenfield, 0-1 new initiatives across the organization.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Full Stack Tech / Backend heavy Lead who thrives in fuzzy, fast-paced environments. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical execution, architectural ownership, and initial people/stakeholder management exposure. You will divide your time between anchoring the tech strategy for our new Wealth Charter and leading the zero-to-one engineering execution for org-wide products.

You will get to solve some interesting problems right away:

Building a 0-to-1 Wealth Platform from Scratch: You will have full technical and architectural ownership to design and build our new Wealth Management ecosystem and org-wide greenfield initiatives completely from the ground up.

Leading AI-Native Integrations: You will get to explore, adopt, and embed cutting-edge AI-native technologies and workflows directly into core fintech features to push the boundaries of engineering velocity and product capability.

What You'll Do:

● Wealth Charter Ownership: Drive the architecture, design, and development of user interfaces and robust backend systems powering our new Wealth management ecosystem from scratch.

● 0-1 Engineering Execution: Envision, architect, and build clean, scalable, and maintainable full-stack applications from scratch for greenfield and new organizational initiatives.

● Hands-on Coding: Lead by example by writing clean, modular, and production-grade code while actively participating in code reviews and architecture design.

● AI-Native Integration: Explore, adopt, and integrate AI-native technologies and workflows to enhance product features and optimize engineering velocity.

● Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead multi-engineer projects, mentor junior engineers, set engineering best practices, and foster a culture of technical growth.

● Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Heads, and cross-functional teams to translate high-level business goals into robust technical requirements.

What You'll Need:

● Experience: 8+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of building complex, data-driven systems with a basic app understanding.

● Full Stack Mastery: Strong expertise in building end-to-end applications. Deep knowledge of modern frontend frameworks alongside powerful backend tech stacks.

● AI-Native Inclination: Practical exposure to or strong technical familiarity with AI models, LLM integrations, or building AI-assisted application workflows is highly preferred.

● System Design & Architecture: Strong object-oriented design skills, deep understanding of distributed systems, design patterns, and class-level interfaces.

● Operational Excellence: Comprehensive experience with project lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure metrics, and tuning high-performance servers.

● Leadership Blend: Prior experience leading engineering tracks, managing deliverables, and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.

● Education: BTech, MTech, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or

equivalent rich technical experience with high technical acumen.
