 Key Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Handle billing and invoicing independently
  • Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documents
  • Maintain customer and vendor accounts
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and MIS
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, customers, and vendors
  • Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks
Mandatory Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Billing & Invoicing is a MUST
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
  • Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
  • Good communication and team-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work on-site in Attingal, conduct client visits as required, and collaborate effectively with internal teams is essential.
