Role Overview

This role goes beyond editing. We are looking for someone who understands luxury storytelling, pacing, culture and digital attention. Someone who can transform footage into content that feels editorial, engaging, premium and culturally relevant. You will work across luxury brands, founder-led content, podcasts, social-first storytelling and original IP

Key Responsibilities

Content Editing & Storytelling

• Edit short-form and long-form content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
• Build compelling narratives through editing, pacing, sound design and visual storytelling
• Create content that feels platform-native while maintaining premium brand aesthetics
• Work across reels, podcasts, interviews, founder content, campaign films and branded storytelling

Social & Digital Content

• Edit high-performing short-form content for luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion and culture brands
• Adapt content across different formats and platforms
• Incorporate motion graphics, typography, transitions and visual treatments
• Stay updated on emerging editing styles, trends and platform behaviours

Creator & Brand Projects

• Work closely with strategists, account managers, creators and creative teams
• Edit influencer-led campaigns and creator collaborations
• Maintain consistency across brand worlds and visual identities

Original IPS

• Edit editorial content, interviews, founder conversations and original content series
• Contribute ideas for storytelling formats, content hooks and audience engagement
• Support the creation of new content IPs and platform-first concepts

Creative Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorms and content planning discussions
• Assist in shaping narratives before and after shoots
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and content teams to bring ideas to life

Requirements

• 1-6 years of editing experience across social media, agency, creator or media environments
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and short-form content formats
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and audience retention
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and content formats
