We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in the Branding & Marketing department, with a proven track record of success. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
2. Planning and executing digital, channel-specific campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events. This includes determining which media platform to advertise on and how to adapt campaigns to suit the channel they're being used on.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & SFDC) to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
5. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and competitive.
8. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
9. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Manager in the Branding & Marketing department.
3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
6. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong analytical mindset.
7. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Experience in the B2B technology distribution industry & familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
