Certified Workday Integration Specialist

Summary

We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.

This role also requires a strong understanding of Workday’s integration & reporting tools and a collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• · Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Develop and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Create and manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with BIRT and Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and data sources.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Workday Pro Integrations and Workday Studio / Reporting.
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics, Extend, or Workday Security.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
