Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant ( Oracle Recruiting Cloud )

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with a specialization in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to lead configuration and implementation efforts for talent acquisition processes. The candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in requisition management, candidate experience design, and integration with other HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support full-cycle implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.

· Configure Recruiting components including Requisitions, Candidate Selection Process (CSP), Interview Scheduling, Offer Management, and Onboarding handoff.

· Design and configure Career Sites, Candidate Portals, and branding elements to enhance candidate experience.

· Set up approval workflows, security profiles, and recruiting-specific role-based access.

· Collaborate with Core HR and Payroll teams to ensure smooth new hire/onboarding data flow.

· Configure integrations with third-party job boards, background check vendors, and assessment tools.

· Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT cycles.

· Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing functional support and enhancements.

· Deliver end-user and administrator training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5–6 years of overall HCM experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations.

· Strong hands-on configuration experience in Requisitions, CSP, Offer Management, and Career Site setup.

· Working knowledge of Core HR and integration touchpoints between Recruiting and onboarding/Payroll.

· Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Booster features and candidate engagement tools (a plus).

· Experience with third-party recruiting integrations (job boards, background checks, assessments).

· Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Oracle Cloud Recruiting Certification (highly preferred).

· Experience with HCM Extracts/HDL related to recruiting data.

· Prior client-facing consulting experience in Implementation/Support role, not just administrative function.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders and technical teams.
