Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Reecco Energy India Private Ltd. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical duties. This is an on-site role located in Thodupuzha.

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills

Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask

Proficient in English

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
