Manager - Ad Operations

About the Role

MPing runs branding and performance campaigns across DV360, Meta, MGID, Google Ads, and other programmatic and social platforms for advertisers spanning across all categories like FMCG, retail, entertainment, and government. This role owns end-to-end campaign execution for a portfolio of accounts, from setup through delivery, optimization, and margin management. You'll be the operational backbone between servicing, clients, and the ad network's partner support teams.

What You'll Own

Campaign Strategy and Optimization

• Translate campaign briefs into budget allocation and channel strategy across DV360, Meta, MGID, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Manage bid and budget pacing daily to hit delivery and performance targets without overspend or underspend.
• Reallocate budget across underperforming and high-performing segments in-flight based on data, not gut feel.

Campaign Setup, Tracking, and Reporting

• Launch campaigns quickly and accurately once creatives and approvals are in, with zero compliance slippage.
• Maintain campaign trackers and pull daily performance data (CTR, VTR, conversions) to catch trends and issues early.
• Produce recurring performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients that actually explain what's happening, not just dump numbers.

Margin Management

• Hold consistent, healthy profit margins across every campaign, every platform, no exceptions without sign-off.
• Track campaign-level profitability continuously and flag deviations before they become a quarter-end problem.
• Find cost efficiencies without touching delivery or performance.

Creative Management

• Review creative performance by platform and push optimization calls (what to pause, swap, or reformat).
• Adapt assets to platform-specific specs (Meta, DV360, etc.) and run A/B tests to improve CTR/VTR.

Client and Stakeholder Support

• Be the operational point of contact for client servicing on campaign status, KPIs, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain client-facing dashboards with the client success team.
• Support weekend go-lives when campaigns demand it.

Billing and Closure

• Close out billing promptly after campaign end: mailers to finance, reports to designated repositories, broadcast certificates shared.
• Own monthly reporting cadence to finance to keep invoicing on schedule.

Technical/Partner Coordination

• Be the first point of contact for platform-side issues, working directly with partner support teams (DV360, Meta, etc.) to drive quick resolution.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years in ad operations, performance marketing, or programmatic trading, ideally in an agency, ad network, or publisher environment.
• Hands-on experience with DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and ideally a programmatic/native platform.
• Comfortable owning P&L-adjacent metrics - this role is measured on both delivery and profitability.
• Sharp with data: someone who can look at a tracker and immediately spot why a campaign is off-pace.
• High ownership mentality. The best people in this seat treat weekend go-lives and edge-case fires as part of the job, not an inconvenience.

• Consistently healthy margins held across the full book.
• No billing delays traced back to late reporting.
