Program Management Specialist

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, ENTC) or MBA (any stream).
• Experience: 4–12 years in Aerospace, Automotive or General Manufacturing.
• Core Skills: Project management tools (MS Project, Critical Path, Gantt Charts), SAP-HANA, financial/budget tracking, QMS standards, technical data packages, and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Risk Mitigation plans alongside Cross-Functional Teams (CFT).
• Translate customer purchase orders, contracts, and technical packs into actionable project plans.
• Align manpower, materials, machinery, and budgets with annual operating plans.

Execution & Monitoring

• Track project milestones, schedules, costs, and quality metrics using plan vs. actual data.
• Lead CFTs to proactively identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Manage program financials, including budgets, revenues, cost variances, and support function headcount.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR).

Stakeholder & Administrative Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal operations, support teams, and external customers.
• Host high-level customer visits, including agenda planning, presentations, and logistics.
• Set annual team goals and report program status to top management and the Board.
