Project Manager – Refinery / Petrochemical Plant Construction | Saudi Arabia
Sinclus Marketing Services is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale refinery / petrochemical plant construction contract.
About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing end-to-end project delivery for a major refinery/petrochemical construction project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a proven track record on mega-projects, and the leadership to drive complex, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and on budget.
What We're Looking For
✅ Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
✅ 20+ years of experience with construction companies in the refinery/petrochemical sector
✅ Demonstrated experience managing projects worth USD 500 million or more
✅ Strong command of project controls, HSE standards, and stakeholder management
✅ Middle East experience is a significant advantage
