Manage influencer talent sourcing to join our team of bright thinkers and doers.
Develop an influencer line up and onboarding as many people as possible with WLDD.
Work with internal stakeholders to drive final negotiations and onboard partners who could be a celebrity or an influencer.
Collaborate with the Ideation/Creative team for influencer concepts especially those which can be pitched to the clients.
Work together as a team, lead by example, patience and push to solve all problems with no bias and create better solutions.
Manage and lead an internal to avoid discrepancies and promote harmony.
KRAs
Manage the influencer team at WLDD that is a division of the Creator Outreach team with a vision to establish influencer marketing at excellence.
Ensure that the Influencer SOP is updated if any loopholes found and then adhered to by the team as well as the Business/Outreach teams.
Arrange regular/weekly team meetings to ensure smooth functioning of the team.
Understanding which influencers will be suitable for which campaigns and sharing the important metrics for both business team and clients to make a viable choice such as ER and CPM.
