ContraVault AI is an AI-powered platform that transforms how organisations manage the end-to-end tender and RFP analysis process, from intelligent tender review, risk analysis, and synopsis generation to contradiction detection and strategic bid decision support.

Built specifically for complex tender workflows, our contextual AI extracts and interprets critical information from both scanned and digital PDFs. Teams use ContraVault AI to uncover hidden risks, navigate non-standard clauses, and make accurate, real-time Go/No-Go decisions. The result is faster evaluation, stronger compliance, higher-quality submissions, and more confident bidding.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Intern, you will be the bridge between our customers and the people who build, sell, and support ContraVault AI. You will own customer conversations, dig into how accounts actually use the platform, and turn what you learn into better products and clearer documentation.

This is not a shadowing internship. You will carry real responsibility from the start, and your opinions will be expected, not just tolerated.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Be the person customers trust. Customer queries come straight to you. You will look past the surface question to understand the real problem behind it, and stay with it until it is properly solved.
• Analyse how customers actually use the platform. Work with usage and adoption data to see which features drive value, where engagement drops off, and which accounts need attention before they ask for it. Then turn that analysis into clear recommendations the team can act on.
• Turn what customers say into what we build. Gather feedback, spot the patterns in it, and carry those insights into product, sales, and engineering conversations. Interns here are expected to have opinions, and to back them up.
• Build the knowledge that helps us scale. Write FAQs, user guides, and how-to content, and maintain a clean record of recurring issues and their fixes. Every article you write is a conversation the team never has to repeat.
• Work across the whole company. Sit at the centre of our product, sales, and technical teams, translating customer needs into requirements, and technical detail into language customers understand.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Education: Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in business, engineering, computer science, management, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You can explain a concept clearly and genuinely listen to what someone needs.
• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Customer mindset: Patience, a problem-solving instinct, and a real interest in building long-term relationships.
• Tech curiosity: A basic understanding of SaaS or technology products, and genuine curiosity about AI, data, or workflow automation.
• Organisation: Attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to juggle several customer requests without dropping one.
• Location and pace: Willing to work on-site in Bengaluru and comfortable moving at startup pace.

NICE TO HAVE

• Comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (basic SQL is a bonus) to spot trends and build simple reports.
• Prior customer-facing experience, whether in support, sales, campus roles, or client projects.
• Some familiarity with tenders, procurement, contracts, or RFPs.
• Examples of clear written work, such as articles, documentation, or reports.
