Qualification – Graduate HR/ PG HR/ PG Diploma HR
Key Responsibilities
Duties
have hands on experience from identifying Training needs to finalising annual training calendar and execution of the same against plan.
have knowledge of different training methods and modules. Should identify effective methods and modules to get best training effectiveness and its output.
and execute different learning strategies and programs.
develop and maintain documents for the trainings done i.e. attendance sheet, feedback, post evaluation, examination sheets.
be keen in maintaining weekly and monthly training plan in line with the annual training calendar.
able to evaluate TNI in line with business/organisation’s needs and objectives, Training feedback, evaluation and effectiveness.
and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media or internal trainers/experts.
well versed with MS tools
at communication and coordinate with all line managers and HODs for TNI
annual records and data required for audits and training MIS
managers develop their team members through career pathing.
able to link TnD with Employee Development plan and succession Planning
able coordinate with internal-external stack holders for TnD/OD function. Assit them to develop-execute-sustain effective TnD plan.
open to work on recruitment for senior position whenever need arises.
help Manager/director to maintain talent pool and talent management as per company's future requirement.
open to assist in PMS and Employee Engagement.
