Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-driven individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities. The Executive Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for the Managing Trustee, managing internal and external communications, facilitating meetings, tracking project deliverables, providing administrative support, managing logistics, vendor relations, and overseeing recruitment activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Qualifications: Graduate or postgraduate in humanities from a reputable university, including subjects such as History, Political Science, Economics, Geography, Sociology, Language, Literature, Psychology, Maths, Legal Studies, Fine Arts, Management, and Media Studies.
2. Experience: Candidates with 5-8 years of management experience are preferred, but young professionals committed to career development through hard work and learning are encouraged to apply.
3. Skills: Excellent English writing and communication skills, strong documentation abilities, and a high level of general awareness and knowledge of current affairs are preferred.
4. Attributes: The ideal candidate is independent, innovative, and able to provide focused output while conceptualizing new ideas.
Remuneration:
The budgeted consolidated remuneration ranges from Rs. 6 to 12 lacs per annum, depending entirely on the candidate’s potential, qualifications, experience, and job retention ability. We offer significant opportunities for individual career growth in a challenging work environment.
