More information can be found at www.course5i.com Global OfficesUnited States | United Kingdom | United Arab of Emirates | India | Singapore JOB SUMMARY:Lead, structure, draft and negotiate complex client transactions in a fast-paced corporate environment including master services agreements, outsourcing agreements, statements of work, service level agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, data processing / transfer agreements, requests for proposals and agreements involving cloud, automation and artificial intelligence. Advise senior leadership and market leaders on legal risks associated with transactions and understanding of the larger market. Manage and advise junior legal professionals in transactions and related matters. Act, and continuously evolve as, a knowledgeable and relevant advisor on legal and commercial risks associated with transactions while supporting Legal, Business and Sales Leadership in shaping and executing Accenture s market-facing strategies. Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:You will be responsible for operating, administration, and management (under periodic supervision & oversight) of all internal and external legal documents in relation to Clients or Vendors or any other third parties on behalf of the organization.You will assist in managing the entire contract/legal lifecycle and be in-charge of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to optimize its benefits across the organizations and a single source of truth.Effective liaison and communication shall be the key competency area. Direct exposures to liabilities, disputes and litigations arising out of Contracts, Agreements, SOWs and SLAs must be avoided and hence Contracts, Agreements, SOWs and SLAs must be drafted and prepared in close consultation of key stake holders and user functions and the role entails thorough review and understanding and consequential reviews accompanied with in-depth understanding, expertise, and experience in handling various types of Contracts, Agreements, SOWs and SLAs related to the transaction and business of the Company.· Developing and writing clear explanations and justifications for any new change or update in the contracts, service level agreements, transaction / compliance documentation, corporate agreements / documentation.You shall coordinate & collaborate for legal compliance of company-wide contracts and work closely with internal / external legal counsel/advisory wherever necessary.You will advise on contract status, legal risks, and liabilities of different transactions and ensure that all types of contracts are executed within reasonable TAT. Experience in Complex Contract Review projects and Ability to read and understand highly complex contractual language to identify, flag, articulate and communicate upto resolution of risks will be a key competency area. You will assist in researching data privacy and cybersecurity issues affecting the transactions, projects and the Company globally. You will work with the senior legal counsel (including the data protection officer + data compliance team) on existing SOPs and new developments in the data protection laws to ensure that the Company is compliant/good standing with global data regulations and best practices.You will assist in devising risk mitigation strategies for conducting business in India/Globally and create internal legal policies and playbooks.Track and Provide regular reports on the status of legal department operations and issues being dealt with and ensure that all relevant information regarding legal matters is accurate and kept up to date by updating the legal activity progress documents, contract repositories, abstraction sheet and master dataYou will be expected to pre-empt potential legal issues and work on strategies for mitigation of said risks.Responsible for collaborating on compliance with ISO (ISMS + PIMS) standards and other confidentiality and protection of information / data as an asset.Providing and interpreting Legal information, conducting training and disseminate appropriate Legal requirements related to Contracts/Agreements to various Functions.You will be a business partner in any other activities which would need legal support or advice.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience At least 8-10 PQE years of relevant global and domain expertise in a Contract Management environment for a Tier 1 IT Services firm or Fortune 500 Company. Wide base of exposure / experience across Contract Management & Shared Services environments within Tier 1 IT Services firm or Fortune 500 Company. Bachelors / master’s in law from a reputed university / institution.· Excellent working knowledge of the fundamental legal and commercial contractual provisions.Logical thinking and good decision-making abilitiesWork independently, self-learning attitude, disciplined, sincere and need less supervision.Ability to build, operate and manage direct reports / small team of resources.Advance Verbal and Written communication skills. Experienced user of MS office, MS Power Point and MS Excel.Providing Coaching to enhance performance of Team member/(s).High level of positive attitude (- Can do- attitude) and follow problem solving approach with an excellent focus on eye for details.Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time period.Flexible to support cross border teams/clients as and when required.
