Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET)

Technical Skills

- 12+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C#/.NET.

- Strong hands-on experience in REST API development, API integration and embedded/enterprise system integration, including JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, OAuth 2.0, API versioning, error handling and resiliency.

- Strong experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.

- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns and clean/scalable solutions.

- Experience with asynchronous/event-driven workflows, retries, timeouts and failure/recovery scenarios.

- Good experience with SQL/RDBMS and ORM technologies.

- Practical experience with Azure/AWS, Docker, CI/CD, logging and monitoring.

- Strong understanding of unit testing and automated quality practices.

- OHIP / OPERA Cloud API experience is highly desirable.

- Experience with Go-based platforms or integrating .NET components with Go applications is an advantage.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

- Lead and technically guide a development team, with 3–4 years of proven team leadership experience, providing mentoring, coaching and technical direction.

- Translate functional requirements into clear, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

- Design and validate the end-to-end integration solution between the .NET component, Nebula platform and OHIP/external APIs.

- Collaborate with the Global Team and product architects to discuss technical solutions, evaluate trade-offs and obtain solution confirmation/alignment.

- Document key technical decisions and solution designs in alignment with the overall product architecture.

- Act as the technical point of contact for development decisions, technical risks, dependencies and integration issues.

Delivery & Quality

- Own technical estimation, development planning and delivery for the assigned scope.

- Drive the team to deliver high-quality solutions within committed timelines, with a strong focus on time-to-market.

- Ensure quality across solution design, implementation, security, coding standards and unit/component testing.

- Ensure effective code reviews, automated testing and agreed Definition of Done are followed.

- Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies and delivery blockers.

- Continuously improve development efficiency, quality and maintainability.

- Follow agreed company/project processes and provide timely technical status reporting.

Communication & Collaboration

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.

- Ability to clearly present technical solutions, explain trade-offs and drive discussions toward decisions and alignment.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate progress, risks, dependencies and issues clearly.

- Ability to work effectively independently and within a distributed team.

- Strong ownership, analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and delivery.
