We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and keep BluePill AI operating at a high level. This is not a traditional administrative role — it’s a high-ownership position at the center of a fast-moving startup.

You will be the force multiplier for the CEO: managing operations, communication, scheduling, follow-through, and helping keep the company organized during a period of rapid growth. If you thrive in ambiguity, anticipate needs before they appear, and can operate with speed, precision, and discretion — you’ll love this role.

Executive Support & Operations

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow with precision
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, investor conversations, and internal reviews
• Ensure important items do not fall through the cracks — handle reminders, deadlines, and prep

Communication & Coordination

• Draft, refine, and manage emails, documents, announcements, and investor communications
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage information flow and keep the CEO fully briefed on what matters

Company Operations & Execution

• Assist with onboarding, team coordination, scheduling, and documentation
• Organize company meetings, prep materials, track deliverables, and drive follow-through
• Support recruiting, vendor management, travel logistics, and light finance/admin tasks

Special Projects

• Take on high-impact, cross-functional projects depending on company needs
• Handle research, deck preparation, workflows, or operational initiatives
• Step in wherever needed — the EA keeps the engine running smoothly
