Technical Consultant – Digital Workplace

Deliver pre and post-sales consultancy across the Getronics
service portfolio internationally
Successfully deliver Digital Workplace based projects by providing
the needed implementation, operational change, and request
handling/validation, there will also be occasional design and
technical project coordination activities
Projects include Implementing, configuring, and updating
components of the Digital Workspace Portfolio which include
Microsoft technologies like Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune,
Autopilot, Windows 10/11 Imaging, Microsoft Office 365 Client
Deployments, Active Directory Group Policies, and Application
Packaging.
There may also be a requirement to assist with the daily
operations
Contributing to customer Proposals including providing details on
the roadmap for the Managed Application Support portfolio
Interaction with IT infrastructure managers, IT directors and
architects.
Travel and site attendance should also be expected.
Core Skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
A degree-level qualification in Computer Science or similar
discipline, or equivalent business experience
A minimum of 2 years of consultancy experience, or relevant
experience in a similar role
Experience working in Project Delivery across different related or
dependent project streams like Office 365, Data management
(Office 365, OneDrive).
Extensive exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations,
technologies, and processing environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A good understanding of proposal generation and service guides
Customer-focused with commercial acumen and proactive
attitude
Consultancy experience with service providers and cloud
computing environments.
Ability to work with different customers simultaneously with a
remote team.
Additionally, a desire to explore and implement other Digital
Workplace-focused technology as a means to further develop the
company portfolio
