Why This Role Matters:

As a Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that help drive smarter business decisions, improve products and services, and strengthen our O+O (Offline + Online) business model. By applying a scientific and data-driven approach, you will help teams better understand customer behaviour, optimize performance, and ultimately contribute to putting a smile on customers’ faces through enhanced customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze large datasets to measure the business and customer impact of Big Data initiatives.
• Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities.
• Partner with product managers, business teams, regional stakeholders, and data scientists to evaluate solution and model performance.
• Use data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
• Support decision-making through a scientific and data-driven approach that improves customer and business outcomes across O+O channels.
• Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation through data.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience applying data analytics, statistical methods, and insights generation in a commercial environment, ideally within retail or customer-focused businesses.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and analytical methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning evaluation, and performance measurement.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• A customer-focused mindset and passion for using data to improve customer experiences.
• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and business partners.
