About the Role

We are looking for an experienced R / R Shiny Programmer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in R programming and Shiny application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in R package development, application architecture, automation, and deployment.

Experience in the clinical/life sciences domain and knowledge of CDISC standards will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain R and R Shiny applications.
• Develop and maintain R packages following coding standards and best practices.
• Design scalable and maintainable application architecture for R/Shiny solutions.
• Develop automation frameworks and automated workflows for application development and deployment.
• Manage deployment of R/Shiny applications across relevant environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Optimize application performance, usability, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement reusable R functions, modules, and components.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD, automation, and software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical documentation and solution design.
