User Interface Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–6 years of experience to design modern, intuitive, and visually engaging web and mobile experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design and UX expertise with an AI-enabled workflow, scalable design-system thinking, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

- Design responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces for web and mobile applications

- Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs

- Simplify complex workflows using user-centred design principles, usability reviews, competitor analysis, and heuristic evaluations

- Own and scale Figma design systems, including components, variables, design tokens, UI libraries, standards, and documentation

- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and visual design best practices

- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, UI exploration, content creation, and prototyping without compromising quality

- Lead design initiatives from discovery through delivery and present design rationale to stakeholders

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle

- Support implementation through developer handoff, design QA, and continuous iteration based on feedback and business objectives

Requirements

- 1–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product, or Digital Product Design

- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design, UX problem-solving, and scalable design systems

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, interactive prototyping, and Design Tokens

- Strong understanding of responsive, adaptive, and mobile-first design principles

- Excellent visual design skills across typography, layout, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy

- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines, usability principles, and industry best practices

- Experience creating, maintaining, and governing design systems across products and teams

- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and their application across design workflows

- Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills

- Ability to work closely with developers and ensure accurate implementation of approved designs
