Salary is dependent on the number of years of experience.For Estimators with more experience: Ability to lead and mentor a team of estimators and work collaboratively with project managers and other team members.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software such as BlueBeam Revu, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff.
