About the Rol

We are looking for a hands-on tech leader to drive endpoint management, DEX scoring, and enterprise automation

!

Responsibilitie

s

• Drive DEX Strategy: Leverage Nexthink for remote actions, custom workflows, dashboards, and proactive self-healing automation
• .
• Modern Endpoint Management: Design and administer Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11 environments, Conditional Access, and security baselines
• .
• Provisioning at Scale: Architect Windows Autopilot deployments across Hybrid and Microsoft Entra join frameworks
• .
• Scripting & API Engineering: Utilize advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate production workflows
• .
• Telemetry to Business Value: Translate workplace metrics into actionable XLAs (Experience Level Agreements) and executive storytelling
• .
• Enterprise Governance: Enforce Zero Trust models, RBAC, and least-privilege security architectures
• .

Qualification

s

• Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in DEX or Automation Architecture
• )
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Max 20 Day
• s

Required Skill

s

• Deep expertise in Nexthink, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and XLAs
• .

Preferred Skill

s

• Knowledge of secondary DEX/UEM tools (ControlUp, 1E, SysTrack, Jamf, Workspace ONE), ServiceNow integrations, Power BI, and emerging tech like Copilot, agentic automation, or MCP
• .
• Certifications (Bonus): Nexthink Certified, Microsoft MD-102 / MS-102 / SC-300 / AZ-104, or ITIL 4 Foundation
• .
