About the role

We’re hiring a Visual Designer to help us ship high-quality marketing works faster.

You’ll work across B2B SaaS ads, landing pages and marketing design, closely with a small, fast-moving design team.

If you enjoy exploring ideas, solving creative problems and getting better at your craft,

you’ll probably enjoy this role.

What you’ll do in this role

• Design paid ads for LinkedIn, Meta & Google
• Come up with creative concepts, angles and variations
• Design landing pages and other digital marketing assets
• Occasionally work on print collateral when needed
• Take ownership of your work from brief to final output

You'll have room to explore, experiment and bring your own thinking to the table.

We don't believe great creative work comes from blindly following instructions.

What you should bring to the table

• Strong design fundamentals — typography, layout, hierarchy and composition
• Great command of Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
• Experience designing marketing and advertising creatives
• Strong English communication skills
• A sharp eye for design that not only looks good but communicates clearly & performs
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

You know the difference between making something look good and making something work.

• Have experience with AI-assisted creative workflows
• Have worked at a B2B SaaS agency
• Have worked on ads and landing pages for SaaS brands
