A Fintech based out of Hebbal , Bangalore is looking out for Executive Assistant
Job Description Managing schedules for the CEO.
Draft, review & send communications on behalf of the CEO.
Organize persons & information for meetings.
Manage routine & repetitive tasks for the CEO.
Manage administrative tasks for the CEO.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO.
Maintain, organize and update records & documents for the CEO.

Excellent verbal & writing skills in English.
Excellent time management skills.

Amiable personality.
Maintain confidentiality.
Preferably a basic understanding of financial markets.
Educational Qualifications :
B.COM , BBA, MBA.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Proficient in Math (70% or higher in 10th Grade or College).
NISM certifications are preferred (Not Compulsory).
Experience :
3-5 years experience in support or administrative functions.
1-2 years experience as an Executive Assistant.
