Senior User Experience Designer

Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Banking Domain

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong expertise in user experience design and proven experience working in the Banking / Financial Services domain.

Experience: 10–12 Years (Strictly no profiles below 10 years)

Location: Pune (No Relocation)

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and user-centric digital experiences for banking applications

• Conduct user research, requirement analysis, and usability studies

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and developers

• Apply UX best practices to improve usability and customer experience

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design solutions

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience as a UX Designer / User Experience Designer

• Proven experience in the Banking / BFSI domain

• Strong knowledge of User Research, Information Architecture, and Usability

• Hands-on experience with Wireframing, Prototyping, and User Flows

• Strong understanding of responsive and user-centric design principles

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
