B2B Cold Caller Freelancer

Performance Target: 100 calls/day and 2–3 qualified appointments/day.

Region: India

Experience: 2+ years in B2B cold calling

Type: Freelancer

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month


About the Role -

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Cold Calling Freelancer to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting, with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers and convert conversations into sales meetings.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Make an average of 100 outbound calls per day.
  • Connect with and qualify potential B2B clients.
  • Handle objections and deliver an effective sales pitch.
  • Generate 2–3 qualified appointments per day.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handovers.


Requirements -

  • 2+ years of B2B cold calling experience.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
