Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product teams to comprehend product objectives and address issues through market research.
Develop survey questionnaires aimed at gathering comprehensive consumer feedback.
Drive research initiatives by conducting in-depth interviews and surveys with customers to extract actionable insights.
Deconstruct feedback to derive meaningful insights and recommendations for product enhancement.
Conduct basic analysis and data cleaning to ensure accuracy and reliability of collected data.
Required Skill Set:
0-2 years of relevant experience in market research or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong customer obsession and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to deal with consumers and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficient in holding engaging conversations with customers to extract valuable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation.
