Business Development Manager

About the Role

• VibeTrader is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network in the forex/CFD industry to help us expand our partnerships and market presence globally. We are an early-stage AI fintech startup building trading intelligence technology for traders and the broader trading ecosystem.
• We’re looking for someone who knows this industry, understands how relationships drive business, and already has connections with brokers, IBs, Master IBs, affiliates, trading communities, academies, or active trader networks.
• This is an opportunity to join at an early stage, work directly with the leadership team, and play an important role in shaping our commercial growth.
  

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow relationships with brokers, IBs, Master IBs, affiliates, trading communities, academies, and other industry partners
• Use your existing network to identify and open new business opportunities
• Develop partnerships across different regions and markets
• Lead conversations from initial introduction through commercial discussions and ongoing relationship management
• Identify new distribution and revenue opportunities
• Work closely with the leadership team on partnerships and market expansion
• Represent VibeTrader at forex industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when relevant
• Bring partner and market feedback back to the team to help guide our growth strategy
  

Who We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in candidates who have worked in roles such as:

• Business Development Manager at a forex/CFD broker
• Regional Business Development Manager
• Regional Sales Manager
• Partnership Manager
• Affiliate Manager
• IB / Master IB Manager
• Broker Relationship Manager

A strong existing network within the forex/CFD industry is highly preferred.

You should be someone who can independently build relationships, open doors, recognize commercial opportunities, and take ownership of results.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience, along with performance-based incentives. We’ll discuss the details during the interview process.
