Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Technology & Design

We are looking for candidates with good technical background in Process Design, Tech transfer, Plant Startup and Commissioning, R&D and Scale up studies, process conceptualization in our T&D department.
Responsibilities
Collaborate actively in absorbing new process technology from R & D.
Observe lab demo to understand process & generate data required for Pilot trials & conceptual design.
Monitor Pilot plant trials to observe the process & generate scale-up parameters.
Coordinate and support in troubleshooting, if any, with Pilot Plant Operations team and R & D team.
Actively participate in Hazard Identification & safeguard defining activity
Provide support in developing the conceptual design
Provide process engineering support to BEP team during basic engineering stage, detail engineering stage, execution stage.
Support process commissioning activities and ensure process performance as per norms
Support in smooth process handover to Operations with commissioning report
Qualifications
B. E/ B. Tech/ M. Tech - Chemical
Experience
3-6 years of experience in Process Design and Tech transfer (Batch OR Continuous plant operations) with Specialty Chemical companies.
