Business Development Executive

Leap Scholar is a one-stop platform for any aspirant wishing to study abroad. It is a transaction platform for students to apply to the university of choice.

About the Role

• We’re looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Business Development Associate with proven B2C sales experience.
• You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and converting leads.

The charter for this role will include:

• Generate direct revenue through high-quality B2C consultative sales.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; follow up proactively and drive conversions.
• Build rapport and trust with students and parents to understand their goals and recommend the right services

Ideal Persona :

• Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience (EdTech preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in selling and revenue generation with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in EdTech or similar high-velocity B2C environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
