About the Role : We are seeking a Cloud Customer Support Representative with a focus on KYC (Know Your Customer) to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Indian customers with the KYC verification and validation process, which is mandatory for all customers in India using and consuming OVHcloud services. You will also provide customer support to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience with our cloud and Billing services.

Responsibilities : Handle KYC verification and validation for OVHcloud India customers. Guide customers through the KYC process, ensuring they understand the requirements and provide the necessary documents. Verify the authenticity of provided documents and information. Communicate with customers via email and phone to address their KYC-related queries and concerns. Provide customer support to customers related to cloud services and other OVHcloud products. Assist customers with account management, billing, and service usage inquiries. Maintain accurate records of KYC processes and customer interactions. Collaborate with other support teams and departments to escalate and resolve customer issues. Stay up to date with Indian regulations and requirements related to KYC.

Qualifications : A bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or Law.

Required Skills : Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a KYC or compliance-related role, and/or customer support in a cloud or web hosting environment. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and local Indian languages, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve customer inquiries. Familiarity with Indian regulations and requirements related to KYC. Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as dedicated servers, virtual machines, storage, and networking. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Skills : Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a plus.
