We are looking for a Microsoft 365 & Cloud Security Intern to join our IT team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a good foundational understanding of Microsoft 365, Cloud, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, and Security concepts.

This is a paid internship designed for candidates who already have technical knowledge through academic projects, certifications, hands-on labs, internships, or self-learning and want to gain practical experience working with enterprise Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Assist with user and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and IAM activities.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft Defender and security monitoring.
• Assist with Microsoft Purview, compliance, retention, and data protection activities.
• Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365, Windows, identity, access, and endpoint-related issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Work with the IT team on Microsoft 365, Cloud, Security, and Endpoint Management projects.
• Follow security best practices and assist with improving the organization's security posture.

Required Knowledge

Candidates should have a basic to intermediate understanding of:

• Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Purview
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• MFA & Conditional Access
• Endpoint & Device Management
• Cloud Security fundamentals
• Windows troubleshooting

PowerShell knowledge will be an added advantage.

Who We're Looking For

• Candidates pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Candidates with existing knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud, Security, or IT Administration.
• Prior exposure through hands-on labs, certifications, academic projects, or internships is preferred.
• Candidates who are comfortable with technical concepts and want to develop their skills through practical enterprise experience.
• AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900, or similar certifications are a plus.
