Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI & Recruitment Automations)

Commitment: Full-Time / High-Touch Part-Time (50–70 Developer Days)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Full-Stack Developer with a deep background in AI/LLM integrations to lead the development of a next-generation automated recruitment platform. In this role, you will take complete end-to-end ownership of building intelligent recruitment workflows, candidate matching engines, and automated lead generation tools from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Build End-to-End Recruitment Automations: Develop workflows for AI-powered CV parsing, candidate profile generation, and intelligent candidate-to-client matching.
• Integrate External Ecosystems: Connect job board APIs (e.g., Greenhouse) and lead sources directly into the core engine.
• Develop Outreach Systems: Build sophisticated email automation engines featuring customizable cadence rules, automated follow-ups, and anti-duplication logic.
• Own System Architecture: Design, build, and deploy the entire technical workspace, including backend databases (SQL), front-end interfaces, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Expertise in modern TypeScript frameworks: React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Direct experience integrating AI models and LLM APIs into production workflows.
• Strong database design and management skills using SQL.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud deployment, environment setup, and user authentication systems.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, take complete ownership of complex technical workflows, and deliver under tight project deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building software for the recruitment, staffing, or HR-tech space.
• Hands-on experience with scraping, web automation, or third-party ATS integrations (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn).
