The Role

Syntellite is a fast-moving service & IT studio - we build websites, apps, brands and campaigns, and we move fast. We're looking for one person to become the operational backbone of the company: the one who keeps every team on time, every project on track, and every process running without the founders having to chase.

You'll sit at the center of everything - working directly with our development, design, marketing, sales and accounts teams, and with the founders. You own people, deadlines and delivery. If a project is slipping, you catch it. If someone isn't showing up, you handle it. If there's chaos, you're the calm, firm hand that sorts it out.

This is not a quiet desk job. It's for someone who leads, isn't afraid to hold people accountable, and gets sharper when things get hard.

What You'll Own

People & HR

• Attendance, punctuality and discipline across all teams - you set the standard and enforce it
• Recruitment support: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding
• Employee records, leave tracking, payroll inputs and HR documentation
• First point of contact for team issues, conflicts and day-to-day people matters
• Keeping the culture tight and the team accountable

Projects & Delivery

• Tracking every active project's timeline, milestones and deadlines
• Chasing updates from dev, design and marketing so nothing slips
• Coordinating clean hand-offs between teams
• Flagging risks and delays to the founders early - with solutions, not just problems
• Keeping clients and internal stakeholders informed on progress

Operations

• Running daily/weekly stand-ups and check-ins
• Maintaining trackers, reports and dashboards the founders can rely on
• Coordinating with accounts on invoicing, follow-ups and vendors
• Owning the small stuff nobody else wants to - so the company runs smooth

Who You Are

• Authoritative and a natural leader - people listen when you speak, even if you're young
• Thick-skinned and unshakeable - you handle difficult people and tough situations without losing your cool
• Firm but fair - you can push people, hold them to deadlines, and still keep them on your side
• Sharp, organized, and always three steps ahead
• Fast, proactive, allergic to excuses - yours or anyone else's
• Equally comfortable talking to founders, developers, designers and clients

Requirements

• 0–2 years in HR, operations, project coordination or similar
• Freshers welcome - if you have the leadership, presence and grit described above
• Strong English communication (Kannada/Hindi a plus)
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; quick to pick up project management tools
• Degree in HR/business/management is a plus, not a must
