Interior design Lead

Job Description

Role Overview


As an Interior Design Lead, you will drive design excellence while managing a team of designers and multiple residential interior projects. You will ensure high-quality design delivery, seamless customer experience, and strong execution aligned with Livspace standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of 6–10 Interior Designers
  • Oversee 12–15 projects month-on-month from concept to handover
  • Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvals
  • Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines
  • Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalations
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless delivery
  • Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects

  • What We’re Looking For


    • 5–8+ years of experience in residential interior design
    • Proven experience in team handling and project management
    • Strong expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions)
    • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
