Role Requirements
The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling hospitality software sales opportunities.
Understanding the product deeply for explaining to potential clients, may include PPT presentation.
This position requires USA calling and working as per USA working hours.
Touch base to all potential clients and update/track each lead provided.
Clear understanding of the business strategies and goals and determining action plans to meet goals.
Update action plans and financial objectives.
Understanding of current trends of Marketing in targeted markets.
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the potential customers, develop professional long term business relationships.
Participate in acquiring new business and/or closing on business.
Able to support service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients to increase revenue.
Identify potential clients, create sales proposals, negotiate customer contracts, and identify opportunities.
Communicate the Value proposition within the strategic designated sales geography.
Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
