Executive/ Sr. Executive-Sales (GIR)

Primary Purpose

The Executive Sales person will be responsible for carrying out sales function & activities in the assigned territory. He/She will be based in the designated location for Gastro and Respiratory products range and will be responsible of the complete designated tasks. The person will report into Territory Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Customer call & coverage across the designated territory for self as per organization policy.
• Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff identifying and establishing new business.
• Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists undertaking relevant research.
• Handling live Surgery demo’s.
• Handling Distributor’s effectively for sale & coverage.
• Maintain PCL accuracy and strong pipeline of leads.
• Develop and Manage HCP’s.
• Negotiating contracts
• Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
• Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Managing budgets

Inherent Requirements

Formal Qualifications & Experience

• Should be minimum graduate or above in science stream
• Should have minimum working experience of 3-5 years in medical equipment/capital equipment/surgical industry.
• Should be open to travel extensively.
• Maintains professional image that reflects positively on the Company.

Key Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal / Written): Should be able to effectively communicate and interact with clarity, verbally and in writing with proficient e‑mail etiquette.
• Effective coordination and interactive skills, for productive completion of cross‑functional tasks, wherever applicable and assigned.
• Well versed with MS Office operations (Excel / MS Office / PPTx / Teams / Outlook).
