Responsibilities:
Oversee and refine the financial strategy for the introducer commission processes, ensuring a seamless integration with the company’s broader financial objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to the team, empowering them to manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently while aligning their work with strategic financial goals.
Enhance communication and workflow between introducers, the internal sales team, and the finance team to ensure a cohesive operation.
Collaborate closely with the central UK finance team to ensure that cash flow management and financial planning are transparent and timely.
Work alongside the technology team to integrate financial processes into our tech CRM flow, improving accuracy and efficiency in statement generation and invoicing.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of introducer statements and oversee the accuracy of introducer invoices, implementing additional compliance checks as necessary.
Develop and refine revenue-focused management accounts and forecasting models. Present key financial insights to senior management to drive strategic decisions and enhance profitability.
Key Skills:
