Job Title: Veeva CRM/Vault Techno-Functional Consultant

Department: IT - CRM /Vault/Veeva

Location: Hyderabad / Pan India / Remote

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a Veeva CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong client-facing & communication skills. You will be the bridge between business and technical teams for Veeva CRM implementation, enhancement and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional - 50%

• Work directly with Pharma / Life Sciences business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements
• Conduct client workshops, demos, UAT and trainings
• Functional expertise in Veeva CRM/Vault, Call Reporting, Approved Email, Engage, Events Management, Sampling, MyInsights
• Configure Veeva CRM objects - Accounts, Addresses, Call, Territory, User Management, Sharing Rules
• Create BRD, FSD, Process Flows and provide functional support

Technical - 50%

• Support Veeva CRM Development using Salesforce Platform - Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, SOQL
• Work on Data Migration, Data Loads, Integration with Veeva Vault / Network / Third-party
• Debug issues, provide L2/L3 support and minor enhancements
• Collaborate with Salesforce / Veeva developers for custom solutions

Must Have Skills:

• 4 - 8 Years hands-on in Veeva CRM / Vault (Techno-Functional)
• Strong in Veeva Configuration + Basic Salesforce Development
• Good understanding of Pharma Commercial Operations & Compliance
• Excellent Communication Skills - Must be able to lead client calls independently
• Veeva /Vault CRM admin Certification is a big plus

• Salesforce Admin / PD1, Veeva Vault, Veeva MyInsights, Agile
• Education: B. Tech / B.E / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / MCA / MBA
