Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Backend) with strong

experience in building scalable systems and hands-on exposure to AI-assisted / agentic

development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar. The ideal candidate

should have a proven track record of using these tools to ship production-quality code

faster, not just experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using modern technologies

Build and deliver production-ready applications using AI-assisted development

tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code)

Leverage agentic workflows to improve development speed and code quality

Work extensively with TypeScript for backend services and integrations

Design and implement APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

Contribute to architecture decisions and system design discussions

Support migration and integration efforts (including Salesforce-related systems

where applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in backend development (8+ years preferred)

Strong experience in PHP, Laravel, Vue js

Expertise in TypeScript

Hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory)

Proven experience using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) in

real production environments

Strong understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and system

design

Experience with Git and modern development workflows

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-grade code

Good to Have

Experience with Cloudflare services

Exposure to Salesforce (integration/migration)

Background as a Senior Backend Engineer / Solution Architect

Recent portfolio or demonstrable work using AI/agentic development (last 6

months)
