Who can apply?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional
certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial operations, risk management,
logistics weight management, and client account closure.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management frameworks, and internal
controls.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling
software).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

What duties does the job involve?
During your time as a Finance Executive in our ITL team, you will:
1. Financial Operations:
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts receivable
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end close processes.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve
efficiency.
2. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize financial risks to the organization.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Monitor and report on risk exposure and the effectiveness of risk management measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
3. Weight Management:
- Manage the logistics weight verification process.
- Check and reconcile the weight reported by couriers with the weight received from clients.
- Conduct physical audits of clients' warehouses to resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of weight management processes.
4. Client Account Closer:
- Manage the closure process for clients defaulting on their obligations.
- Negotiate and establish middle-ground solutions to resolve client defaults.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper closure documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring organizational interests are
protected
5. Billing:
- Generate monthly billing for clients, incorporating parameters such as weight, zones, and
rates for e-commerce transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing processes.
- Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or client inquiries related to invoices.
6. Strategic Financial Planning:
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance and risk assessment.
- Support strategic initiatives by analyzing financial implications and risks.
7. Compliance:
- Manage the e-invoicing process for all generated invoices.
- Ensure all invoices comply with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-invoicing regulations and implement necessary changes
in the billing process.
