We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a General Manager (GM) or Senior Manager (SR Manager) in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
Ensure the highest level of service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are maintained throughout the property.
Implement efficient and cost-effective operational procedures to maximize profitability.
Guest Satisfaction:
Focus on creating memorable guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
Implement strategies to consistently improve guest satisfaction scores.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of hotel staff, including department managers and front-line employees.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure the financial success of the hotel.
Monitor and control expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Implement revenue management strategies to optimize room occupancy and rates.
Sales and Marketing:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue through effective promotional strategies and sales efforts.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the local market.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as a General Manager or Senior Manager in the hotel industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
Familiarity with local market trends and competitors
