Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architect for a Design Management & Coordination role. This position focuses on managing, coordinating, and ensuring seamless integration between various consultants, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design outcomes aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the bridge between internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective design communication and coordination.

- Review and validate design deliverables from consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements, statutory guidelines, and company standards.

- Conduct regular design coordination meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and facilitate timely approvals.

- Modifying designs and plans as required.

- Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design compatibility and integration across disciplines.

- Monitor design schedules and ensure timely submissions at each stage of the project.

- Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project development.

- Review drawings and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations and client specifications.

- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, logs, and trackers for design-related activities and approvals.

- Support in tender documentation and responses related to design queries.

- Collaborate with procurement for timely delivery of design-related inputs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s degree is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in architectural coordination or design management roles, preferably in real estate or construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and coordination practices.

- Ability to read and understand multi-disciplinary drawings (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.).

- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
